Gerald R. Lacy
Founding member, Gerald R. Lacy, is a distinguished trial lawyer with over 40 years experience representing the seriously injured in West Virginia. He believes that injured people and their families should have access to the same quality legal representation as large insurance companies. Mr. Lacy’s extensive trial experience includes litigation in a wide-range of practice areas including birth and brain injuries, all types of vehicle accidents and will and estate contests. He has obtained million dollar and multi-million dollar settlements for clients while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism.
Mr. Lacy is a 1972 West Virginia University honors graduate and a 1976 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. During his law school tenure, he served as the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Lacy serves as an administrative law judge, State of West Virginia. He is married and the father of three adult children.
